Summary of Events & Achievements for 2019
Tetrathlon 2019

Congratulations to Laois Pony Club member Daragh Phelan on a fantastic 2019.
On 2nd June Darragh & Irish team-mates won the International& Regional Tetrathlon in the U.K. This was followed on by Darragh being selected to compete on the Irish Team in the Senior Tetrathlon in Scotland, where they finished in 3rd position. And finally, on the 25th August Darragh came 4th overall at the I.P.C National Tetrathlon Championships.
Super achievement, well done Daragh!
Eventing Success
International Eventing
On 31st May’19 Grace Tyrell won CCI2* for Pony Eventing in Tattersalls. Grace went on to represent Ireland at the FEI Pony Europeans Eventing Championships in Poland in August where the Irish Team came home in 3rd place with a bronze medal. Grace was place in 11th position. Well done Grace!

National Eventing
17th & 18th August’19- I.P.C Connolly Red Mills Eventing Championships, Ballindenisk, Cork.
U’12’S: Hannah Groves clear round , just short of ribbons.
Junior teams of 3: Lucy Kerrigan, Kate Egan, Rachel Foley. Emma Dunne came 3rd and also they were awarded 4th for Horsemanship.
Lucy also came 5th in her dressage arena and came 3rd in her group after cross-country.
Emma came 5th in her dressage arena, and was awarded joint 4th place in the Connolly Red Mills League Table.
Robyn Maher & Hannah Egan were represented in the Junior Individuals.
